With a background in private catering, parties have been very much part of Susanna's life. She is passionate about presentation and, of course, good food.  "It's all in the detail," she says, "the finishing touches, however large or small are the most important part of any party, and will be what the guests will remember when the event is over".  For Big Bang Events, Susanna runs the Party and Gift Boxes business as well as advising on party design.

When she is not trialling party novelties, packing gifts or planning events, Susanna is either to be found skiing in the Alps or visiting her daughter in New Zealand.
